Welcome to my blog. I've been wanting a place to share more then just my finished paintings, and a blog seems to fit the bill. Camp's Spectacles will be a residence of influences that contribute to my practice as a painter. Inspiration comes in many forms and my goals are to document, and share it. Turquoise, I love it. I give it chance after chance, but it seems to want to sink farther and father away each time I use it. I have yet to meet a flatter hue. Most of the times while painting I have come to the conclusion that it is a colour better left to fashion.
