Greetings! Welcome to my blog. I've been wanting a place to share more then just my finished paintings, and a blog seems to fit the bill. Camp's Spectacles will be a residence of influences that contribute to my practice as a painter. Inspiration comes in many forms and my goals are to document, and share it. More work can also be viewed on my website.

Saskatoon
This is pretty much all there was to click at on the bus to Saskatoon. I basically sat at the window with my finger on the camera and snapped every time anything came along. My facebook has a few more, but these shots I felt were more research geared. I love the dark brown with the blue, quite the color combination for bedrooms from about five years ago. The blurry one reminds me of Gerhard Richter, kinda....I was told I take photos like how I paint, but I'm not sure what that means yet. I'm no longer in control of the shapes, they are in the driver seat when you are using a camera. I just try to cast a net over them.
